The chocolate workshop was created to complement the Jurri project, creating a common thread between ice cream and coffee.

If ice cream represents the freshness of summer and coffee the daily pleasure, chocolate becomes the perfect bridge across the winter, offering an artisanal product capable of representing the passion for quality and the search for ingredients that characterizes us.

Discover dark or milk chocolate bars, amazing pralines, gianduia cremini from the Langhe, and our hot chocolate with single-origin cocoa from Madagascar, cooked in a bain-marie with raw cane sugar and mountain milk!
